ENGAGEMENT / FAMILY SHOOTS

An engagement or family shoot is a wonderful way to ease some pre-wedding nerves.

It gives you a relaxed chance to see how we work, get comfortable in front of the camera, and enjoy capturing moments together.

Since it’s not your wedding day, it can feel a bit more intense in some ways. With couples portraits at a wedding, we tend to do them in 10 minute blocks, so that you’re not away from guests too long. Whereas, a shoot tends to be up to two hours - but don’t worry, it’s not all stiff posing and forced, but it’s something to bear in mind. We’ll be doing a lot of walking, talking and hopefully a lot of laughing.
